Maria is an inspiring trainer with a passion to help people realize their highest potential and become self-believers.

After a career spanning almost over a decade and a half within the Banking Industry in the field of Service Quality, Maria decided to work as an independent HR & Training Consultant. She now facilitates open enrollment workshops and in-house training for multiple organizations.

Since 2004, Maria has trained a large number of employees of leading banks of Pakistan and local manufacturing companies through workshops. Other than her expertise in running technical courses for banks. Her expertise includes:

  • Designing and Delivering Customer Service Initiatives

  • Building a Service Oriented Culture

  • Leadership Development

  • Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Handling Difficult Situations/Customers

Maria holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a certified trainer & consultant from Navitus. She also is a graduate of Franklin Covey’s ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People, ‘Up Your Service’ by Ron Kauffman and ‘Leadership Skills’ by Dr Sunil Gupta.

Her recent consulting pursuit is that she has taken up a challenge to re-vamp HR structure, processes & policies at a local FMCG manufacturing giant of Pakistan.
